EVENT - bouygues

My client, Bouygues Ouvrages Publics *, wanted to celebrate the end of the Longchamp project to thank all these employees for their work.

I proposed to bring a current event to life in a playful way - it was the period of Euro 2016.

The proposed concept was a MINI FESTIVAL to celebrate Europe on the night of the semi-final

How lucky ...it was FRANCE-GERMANY , the perfect chance for a colorful evening

Europe manifested itself through all the activities as well as the choice of food and drink

I wanted to create a relaxed, colorful and playful atmosphere

PROGRAM:

- a graphic charter and scenography (available on all media, from invitations to food vouchers)

- broadcast on the big screen of the France-Germany match with a "supporter kit" available

- creation of 2 petanque grounds (tailor-made for the evening) and a Mölkky pitch (Finnish game) with animators

- connected photocall with European costumes

- choice of European cocktails / aperitifs - Spritz (Italy), Pimm's (England) and Schnapps (Germany)

- a bet-zone to bet on the result of the match with advice from an expert - the prizes for the draw were from different European countries

- 3 food trucks - Bockwurst ( Germany), Pizza (Italy) and Fish n Chips (England) and a BBQ

- live football shirts flocking all evening

- a funky fanfare that set fire to halftime and the final whistle

I recruited this client in 2015 and designed and managed this project from A to Z
