samsung pc - consumer treasure hunt

Samsung IT asked me to come up with an innovative idea for the new X420 PC to highlight the 2 product benefits:

  • 9 hours of battery life

  • ultra-mobile

I proposed the idea of a real treasure hunt (mobility) in Paris within an allocated time around the figure "9"

9H CHRONO

At 9:00 a.m. the game would start - 9 computers hidden for 9 hours on December 9th

Result: the first ever on/offline consumer event for Samsung

+1,000 active participants on D-Day and +50 press clippings

MISSION:

- created the concept , manage the creative and validate the Art Direction

- created a global communication plan to drive audience towards the game (promo videos, partnerships, media plan, street marketing...)

- established media and influencer partnerships that allowed the promotion of the game at a lower cost (radio, blogs ...) and in-store parynerships to hide the     

  computers

- managed and validated all the promotional production of the game (logo, website creation, press release ...)

- acquired a database for reactivation

- generated press coverage
